Accomplishments: My husband has always been car crazy. I was all about raising my kids and funding their toys. The summer of 99 concluded those responsibilities. We had an opportunity to find something we could enjoy together. Steve asked me to go racing just one time. I went for his sake. I fell in love with racing that very first time...at Quaker City of course! My best memory of that day was when a little yellow T-Bucket pulled up to the line. My husband said "that thing has a Buick motor!"  Jim Scaggs built and raced the car (it used to be yellow.) I can't believe it's my car now (it's candy apple pink.) I don't have any history except to be runner-up last year in the ladies race at Buick Race Day- Norwalk. Unfortunately, the next weekend I blew the motor at Quaker- my very first points day. I'm hoping to have a better season this year.
