Wilkins Grabs
First Pro Title; Blevins, Eyler, Kosonovich, and Eslich Winners
2002
Super/Pro and Track Champion Ray Wilkins wrestled with his winter decision
to take the delay box out and run Pro in 2003, wondering if it was the
right thing to do. Just three points races into the season, however,
it paid off. Wilkins pulled off a convincing Pro class win on
Saturday, over Bob Thompson. Other winners included Gary Blevins
(Super/Pro), Tom Eyler (Street), Mike Kosonovich (Bike), and the now
back-to-back Street Legal winner, Brandon Eslich.
